“ARE YOU A JOSEPH?” - NO, I’M JUST JOE
ACT I: ON STAGE
Joe’s story begins, as many good ones do, with a love of performing.
As a child, he trained extensively as a dancer, performing in London’s West End and studying with the Royal Ballet School’s junior programme. He later went on to train professionally at Elmhurst Ballet School, building a strong foundation in discipline, storytelling, and stagecraft.
After graduating, he landed a role with The Walt Disney Company - an experience that not only took him around the world but immersed him in productions at the very highest level. It was here that Joe developed a deep appreciation for the detail, precision, and magic that goes into creating world-class entertainment.
ACT II: BEHIND THE LENS
After five years of performing professionally, injury brought Joe’s time on stage to an unexpected close but also opened the door to something new.
Determined to stay in the industry he loved, he transitioned behind the scenes, joining RDF Television in London as an intern. It didn’t take long for him to find his place in the fast-paced world of entertainment TV.
Drawing on his experience as a performer, Joe quickly developed a reputation for understanding both the creative vision and the practical execution needed to bring a show to life. Since then, he has worked with ITV and the BBC on a wide range of major productions, including All Star Musicals, The Royal Variety Performance, Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway, Britain’s Got Talent, and Strictly Come Dancing.
ACT III: AND BEYOND
These days, Joe continues to work across television production while expanding into new corners of the entertainment and media world.
From large-scale live events like the BRITs, The Joy Awards and the MTV EMAs, to developing his own ideas and creative concepts, he brings the same passion, curiosity, and attention to detail to everything he does.
At the heart of it all is a simple goal: to create spectacular, memorable experiences, whether that’s on stage, on screen, or somewhere in between.
