The Challenge
Joining a new team on a long-established, much-loved show — splitting my time between shaping performances in rehearsal and running the studio floor during the live broadcast, supporting Ant & Dec through script read-throughs and on-the-fly changes from the gallery.

What I Learnt
Moving between rehearsal-room creative work and live studio-floor pressure in the same week showed me how far a versatile skill set can stretch — and that great performance translates, whatever act is in front of you.
