Producing in a new country for the first time — taking over a creative partway through its development in Saudi Arabia, adapting it while working alongside professionals from across the world, and ensuring the performances matched the scale of the event.

What I Learnt
A big budget makes ambition possible, but it's never the point. What matters is that the story and the creative still carry heart — that's what makes an audience engage, wherever in the world they're watching from.
