Delivering a major sporting event's opening ceremony performance with an established music artist and creative director, against a tight turnaround and minimal rehearsal time — while keeping multiple teams, the artist and the client all aligned.

What I Learnt
When rehearsal time is limited, clarity becomes everything. Clear, concise communication across every team is what keeps a production like this on track when there's no room left for changes.
