The Challenge
Producing through Covid, and the show's first deaf contestant, Rose Ayling-Ellis — finding new ways to tell stories inside a format that's been running for years.

My Role
Senior Dance Producer. Produced five couples, creating concepts and pitch decks for the team's creative direction each week.

What I Learnt
Watching Rose & Giovanni lift the Glitterball trophy and seeing their Couples' Choice go on to win a BAFTA, reaffirmed to me just how far dance and performance can reach — not just to entertain, but to move people and change how they see things.
