The Challenge
Keep finding new ways to create inside a format and studio design that rarely changes.

My Role
Senior Dance Producer, with growing responsibility across the dance team. Produced five couples and led all creative pitch documents.

What I Learnt
Building "Whodunnit" — a group number shot more like a short film than a dance routine — with choreographer Matt Flint pushed the format somewhere new. Co-creating "Something Just Like This" with Hollywood choreographer Christopher Scott, on subject matter I didn't know well, taught me something else: people often default to what's comfortable. Collaboration means listening hard to the experts around you, without losing your own instincts.
