The Challenge
My first year as Series Producer - and one of the show's most scrutinised, with heavy press attention from the very start. Producing a polished show under that spotlight, with less access to the Exec than usual, while the Launch number had to evolve around a tighter budget.

My Role
Series Producer (Dance Team). Oversaw all Professional Group Dances and produced three couples - Wynne & Katya, Tasha & Aljaz, and Pete & Jowita.

What I Learnt
Pete Wicks in Blackpool - Brits love a bit of tongue in cheek. Tasha & Aljaz's showdance, built from a song that had been used many times before, found fresh. What it taught me: a team that trusts each other can silence the doubters and still produce the best work.
